ObjectiveTo demonstrate a systematic approach for the hysteroscopic management of patient with uterine septum double cervix and nonobstructive longitudinal vaginal (Class U2bC2V1 ESHRE/ESGE classification).DesignA step-by-step demonstration technique narrated video footage three different cases.SettingUniversity Hospital.Patient(s)We present patients diagnosed classification). Case 1 is 31-year-old woman class müllerian anomaly primary infertility. 2 29-year-old anomaly, infertility, dyspareunia. 3 32-year-old abnormal bleeding. She also was submucous leiomyoma.Intervention(s)Hysteroscopic this complex using miniaturized instruments, including mini-resectoscope, performed. All procedures were performed in operating room under general anesthesia. No complications encountered. Patients discharged home same day procedure after short period observation.
